121 On-Demand: Either In-House or Hosted
Customers121-CM can be operated as an in-house solution or a .Net hosted ASP solution. Whether in-house or hosted, the CRM and Report screens use the browser to securely access your 121DataCenter-based applications on-demand.

The advantage of the in-house solution, of course, it that your customer data stays 100% in your control, behind your firewall…and you still get the benefits of on-demand.
