Support Features of Customers121-CM

Standard Installation and Training
Standard Installation and On-site Training are included in most Customers121 licenses for the Central Marketing module (excluding out-of-pocket expenses).  Depending on the amount of data involved, most C121 DataCenters can be initially launched within 3-21 days.  (If extensive data integration is required, final implementation may take a few weeks additional work, and require a small non-standard setup fee.)

If you would prefer to start with a hosted solution, we can set up your system on our servers or at a third party provider of your choice.

Training for the Central Marketing module is generally completed in two rounds.  Initial training is 2½ days on-site, generally with a 1½ day follow-up 3-4 weeks later.

Direct Execution of Direct Mail, E-Mail, Data Enhancement, etc.

We can help integrate your Customers121 applications directly to key resources, including Direct Mail production,
E-Mail distribution, data enhancement, list acquisition, etc..

Additional Support Plans Available
Support and custom development plans are available upon request for an additional fee.

This additional support can help your organization make sure your Customers121 implementation continues to be successful and productive, in such areas as:

  • Complex DataCenter setup, integration, data updates and transformations, or other administration, if required;

  • Design and Execution of Marketing, Sales and Customer Support Programs

Creation of Custom CRM Screens
We have several CRM and Reporting applications developed for Marketing, Sales and Customer Service that can be easily customized for little or no cost. 

If you have a need for a more custom CRM, reporting or other customer or business data application, we will gladly develop that application for you to work with your 121DataCenter.
